Joined Ifftner in 2002. Since becoming MD in 2004, has worked to continue the values and success of predecessor and company founder Elizabeth Ifftner. Plays an active recruitment role and is particularly adept at placing Financial Services Business Analysts, Consultants and Project Managers.
Focuses on Life and Pensions, Investment Management and Investment Administration, also calls upon his specialist recruitment experience in developing teams for policy and fund migration for consolidated systems and outsource arrangements.

Sanchia Marshall – Recruitment
12 years’ experience with Ifftner, manages some of the UK’s largest software house accounts for us. Heads up the Sales Team, focused on increasing Ifftner’s profile in the market place.
