Tessa joined Ifftner in July 2009 bringing with her over 12 years continuous experience of recruiting permanent IT professionals within East Anglia. She has built up an unrivalled knowledge of the region’s IT market place: both the Companies and individuals that have contributed to the technological and economic success of this very special geographic area.
Originally from an IT support background, she has a strong belief that recruitment is all about service, support and matching the career needs of individuals to her Client’s business needs and challenges.
