Melanie's career with Ifftner began in 1998. With ten years experience of recruiting IT professionals in both the contract and permanent markets she has developed extensive networks. With expertise in sourcing hard to find candidates, she believes in thinking outside of the box, to find the right candidate for Ifftner’s clients.
