Jim joined Ifftner in 2002 and hopes that since his appointment as MD in 2004 he has continued to emulate the values and success of his predecessor Elizabeth Ifftner.
Jim still plays an active recruitment role and especially enjoys placing Financial Services Business Analysts, Consultants and Project Managers.
His desk mainly focuses on Life and Pensions, Investment Management and Investment Administration. An experienced recruitment specialist in developing teams for policy and fund migration (both for consolidated systems and outsource arrangements)
